Milly and George
The restaurants namesake comes from the intersection where owners George and his wife Milany shared their first apartment in NYC. After attending The University of Vermont, George worked for a hospitality group owned by a Cornell University alum who, as fate would have it, lived above George’s family’s restaurant, The Souvlaki House. He managed restaurant, bars and nightclubs throughout the city, but later decided Ithaca would be a better long-term fit after meeting Milany. George is an Ithaca native who honed his cooking skills during his many years working in his parent's restaurant. We have an immense passion for hospitality and cannot wait to host you. George and Milly also own Chatty Cathy Cafe and Ithaca Wine and Spirits on Eddy Street in Collegetown.
